Recorder
Overview
The City Recorder’s office is responsible for records including retention and public access. The office assists the City Council with meetings including noticing, providing information and taking minutes. The Recorder also assists the Mayor with the budget and performs monthly audit functions, administers elections and manages the Midway Community Development and Renewal Agency and the Midway Municipal Building Authority.
