Recorder

Overview

The City Recorder’s office handles records management, including retention and public accessibility. It supports the City Council by organizing meetings, distributing notices, supplying information, and recording minutes. Additionally, the Recorder aids the Mayor in budget matters, conducts monthly audits, oversees elections, and oversees the operations of both the Midway Community Development and Renewal Agency and the Midway Municipal Building Authority.
