Board of Adjustments

The Midway City Board of Adjustments will hold meetings, as business requires, on the first Wednesday of each month in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah.

Application to Appear Before the Board of Adjustment

Application Fee: $200 + .50 per envelope + Costs
(Costs include $.50 per letter, any Engineering Review expenses, and legal noticing)
