Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Wednesday, 23 July 2008, 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Office Building, 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment both for and against the following items:

Ordinance 2008-13/Amend Annexation Policy Plan – An Ordinance Amending the Midway City Annexation Policy Plan

Turnberry Woods Annexation – A Proposed Annexation into Midway City of 1.8 Acres of Land Located at Approximately 927 West Snake Creek Drive

Turnberry Woods Disconnection – A Proposed Disconnection from Midway City of Approximately 4.9 Acres of Land Located at Approximately 930 West Snake Creek Drive

Turnberry Woods Phase IV Amendment – A Proposed Amendment to Phase IV of the Turnberry Woods PUD Located at Approximately 927 West Snake Creek Drive. Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Ordinance 2008-14/Transient Rentals – A Proposed Ordinance Regulating Transient Rental Properties within Midway City

Homestead Resort Expansion Master Plan – A Proposed Resort Expansion Master Plan for The Homestead Resort Located at 700 North Homestead Drive. Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Ordinance 2008-06/Land Use Amendments – An Ordinance Amending Certain Portions of the Midway City Land Use Code, Including but not Limited to Extensions of Time for Plat Recording and the Land Use Map
