Midway City Fee Schedule - Must be paid at least 3 weeks prior to meeting date.

Concept Review: $500.00 or $100.00/unit or lot whichever is greater, plus engineering and legal review fees
Preliminary Plans and Plats:  $1,000.00 or $300.00/unit or lot whichever is greater, plus engineering and legal review fees
Final Plans and Plats:  $500.00 or $100.00/units or lot whichever is greater, plus engineering and legal review fees
Water Board Fees: $75.00/unit or lot
Sewer Board Fees: 30.00/unit or lot for preliminary, 15.00/unit or lot for final
Site Plans: $600.00 or $150.00 per unit, whichever is greater
Zoning Change Requests: $400.00, up to one acre, plus $250. per acre beyond one acre
Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments: $1,000.00 plus legal and/or technical fees incurred by the City to service the application
Annexation Fees –

Five (5) Acres or less, $1,000.00, plus legal and/or technical fees incurred by the City to service the application
More than Five (5) acres, $200.00 per acres, plus legal and or technical fees incurred by the City to service the application
